She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gerou and Josephine Gerou (LeDuc); her husband Rene; and her siblings, Walter, Arthur, Alvina Robitaille, Ethel Michaels, I, Earl, Eileen Roche, Bessie Gerou, Lucille Gerou, Lillian Blossom, Gladys Finkbinder, Wallace, Kenneth, Stanley, Douglas and Timothy.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Maskart (Joyce) of Santa Barbara, CA, Cherie Winchester (Robert) of Grand Rapids, MI, Diane Apelgren (Scott) of Rochester, MN and David Maskart (Paula) of Gladstone; her grandchildren, Robert Winchester, Jr. (Jennifer), Renee Dowdy (David), Bradley Apelgren (Stacey), Matthew Maskart (Tracy), Danielle Sterling, Leah Miron (Daryl), Dana Wright (Jeremy), Mark Maskart (Stephanie), Aaron Maskart and Natanya Maskart; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Kate Winchester, Lauren, Lindsey, Luke Dowdy, Wyatt, Nolan, Everleigh Apelgren, Clara, Owen, Garritt Maskart, Blake, Allison Lesneski, Taylor, Maelle Wright, Cooper, Camden and Brooks Maskart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing are required at the funeral home and All Saints Catholic Church.
She will be remembered for her stylish dress, her positive attitude, her upbeat personality, her religious devotion and charity and of course , her hankies.
