He was predeceased by: his former wife Kay Hampton (Janeway); and his siblings, Peter Hampton and Shirley Seppi. He is survived by: his wife Sally Hampton of Gladstone; his children, Brian Hampton (Shannon) of Perryville, Kristen Carlson (Adam) of Jackson, Jeremy Bolek of Escanaba and Jen Bolek of Clinton Township; his grandchildren, Nicole, Ezra Carlson, Braedon, Brenden Hampton, Aidan and Bella Bolek; and his siblings, Tom Hampton (Pat) of Lansing, Terry Hampton (Sue) of Gladstone, Big and Austen Mulder of Escanaba. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Delta County or Memorial United Methodist Church in Jerry's honor would be appreciated.
