He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Dale Pfiester and Maxine Ruth Pfiester; his brother Darwin Pfiester; and his grandson Daniel Pfiester. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joanne Pfiester; his brothers, Gary and Alan Pfiester; and his children, Dean Pfiester (Julie) of Cornell, MI, Teresa Coppins (Phil) of Martinsville, VA, Martin Pfiester (Tammy) of Quinnesec, MI, Andrew Pfiester (Wendy) of Fairfax, VA, Steve Pfiester of Gladstone, MI and Mary Popelka (Todd) of Escanaba, MI.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home (706 Wisconsin Ave, Gladstone, MI 49837). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
