Eleanor Wangberg Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Wangberg (Gladstone, Michigan), born in Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sisters, Ione LaCombe (Fred), Bernice Koskinen (Bob), Edna White (Byron) and Jeannette Polini (Ed); and her brothers-in-law, Gene LaRock, Ray Neely and Bill Wangberg (Ruth).
She is survived by: her husband Keith; her daughter Peggy Carlyon (Dennis) of Rapid River; her grandchildren, Jason Carlyon of Negaunee and Kristina Cole (Adam) of Ypsilanti; her great grandchild Julia Cole; her siblings, William of Negaunee and Susan LaRock of Rapid River; her sister-in-law Joyce Neely of Madison; and also, Bula of Negaunee and Hill of Negaunee. She is also survived by friends and family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. John's Episcopal Church in Eleanor's memory.
