She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Young and Betty Jean Young (Waeghe); her parents-in-law, David and Elaine Phalen; her daughter Dayna Phalen; her daughter-in-law Becky Phalen; her granddaughter Cynthia Lee; and her brother-in-law Jay Pepin.
She is survived by: her husband David C. Phalen; her sons, David A. Phalen and Robert Phalen; and her siblings, Jim Young (Terri), Kathy Pepin (Jay), Luann Henderson (Archie) and Bobbi Coates (Derrell). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
