He is survived by: his wife Frances Maynard; his daughter Lynn Maynard; his granddaughter Emily Anderson; his great grandchild Evelyn Jo; his brothers-in-law, Bernard Kulczynski and Michael Kulczynski (Deborah); his niece Lacey Kulczynski (Joe Dlugosz); and his nephew Scott Kulczynski (Kerri).
