Macfarlane of Gladstone, Michigan, born in Manistique, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Demers and Emily A. Demers (Poupore); her husband Gary D. Macfarlane; her daughters-in-law, Sherry and Sheila Macfarlane; and her brothers, Lyle, Russell and Owen Demers.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ian, Lauren Macfarlane, Morgan, Scott, Maeve Macfarlane, Emily Reyes (Bryan), Eric Marquez (Calum McCroskey) and Megan Marquez; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Isla and Nicholas Reyes; and her siblings, Karen Reese, Doug Demers (Paulette) and David Demers (Flo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Gladstone Public Library or St. Thomas Church/Shawl Ministry.
