It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicemae Laakso of Gladstone, Michigan, born in Escanaba, Michigan, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Davidson and Esther Davidson; her husband David Laakso; her children, Susan Curran of Englewood, FL and William Laakso (Jeanne) of Green Bay; her grandchildren, Olivia Macaulay, Graham Curran, Maria Laakso and Samuel Laakso; and her great grandchild Sloane Macaulay.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Alicemae's name may be made to the Delta County Historical Society.
