She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Rutherford; her stepgrandson Austin Duszynski; her sister Dawn Bowler; and her parents, Patrick Leo George Tovey and Shirley Tovey (Conlon).
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Streeter (John) and Brett Rutherford (Ann); her daughter-in-law Marcie Rutherford; her grandchildren, Troy "Harrold" Streeter (Samantha), Brandon Rutherford (Shiloh), Nicole Rutherford (Matt), Patricia Wornstaff (Matt), Sean Wornstaff and Chelsea Duszynski; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Ellie, Haven and Baby Grace. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and her dog.
Memorial donations in Pam's name may be sent to the family for future designation.
