He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kukin and Emma Kukin (Pitock); and his sister Martha. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Vis (Al), Lisa Swortwood (Tim), Barb Foster and Denise Cook (Chad); his grandchildren, Skye, Jazmine, Katie, Judy, Amber, Faith, Trevyn and Nathan; his great grandchild Calvin; and his sisters, Olga and Violet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
