She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVern Bache and Bertha Bache (Magel); her husband George Azelton; and her sister Madelyne Sawyer (Richard). She is survived by: her son Michael Azelton (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jill Simpson (Shawn), Matthew W. Azelton (Lynn), Michael Todd Azelton, Tad Simpson (Melanie) and Maggie Bodnar (Jon); her great grandchildren, Christian C. Azelton (Mikayla), William C. Azelton, Thomas M. Azelton, Mia Bodnar, Trent Bodnar, Ella M. Simpson and Gabrielle Simpson; and her great great grandchild Levi Azelton. She is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United in Christ Methodist Church, in Margaret's memory.
