He was predeceased by: his mother Ernestine Mae Bowen (Stewart); and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bowen; his children, John Lee Bowen, Jr. (Jennifer), Jeffery Bowen (Karrie) and Judy Bowen; his father John Clifford Bowen (Shirley); and his siblings, Gene Bowen, Randy Bowen, Diane Donajkowski and Dennis Bowen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
