With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay David Patrick of Genesee, Michigan, born in West Palm Beach, Florida, who passed away on November 9, 2024 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry St. John, Janice Lambert and Lawrence Melancon. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen St (Susan) and Nancy St (Melancon); his children, Vincent, Emmalyn, Jaylee and Gracelyn; his fiancé Cayce West; his siblings, Christian Hinman (Phil), Emily Craig (Dean) and Katie Erwin (Patrick); and his grandmother Christine Melancon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
