He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulmont "Art" Frase and Anna Halvorsen (Moen); his wife Kathleen Ann Frase; and his brothers, Donald Frase (Clara) and Stanley Frase.
He is survived by: his children, Gale Overstreet (Russell), Mark Frase (Jill), William Frase (Gill Jones) and Margaret Parr (Jack); and his sister-in-law Patricia Frase. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
