Powell (Genesee, Michigan), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Bryan Barks; and her brother Gene Barks. She is survived by: her parent Winnie Barks (Hubbard); her spouse Kenneth Powell; her children, Wes Powell (Shelia), Pam Tobias and Bruce Powell (Barb); her grandchildren, Brad Powell (Carrie), Jamie Sipley (Drew), Kristin Leavitt (Andy), Lindsay Powell, Jennifer Boggs (Kevin), Jaclyn Garl (Pat) and Jessica Wright (Mark); and her sisters, Geneva Page (Ivan), Jerri Beck (Mac) and Freda Smith (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan or Outreach East.
