He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Slough and Ruth Slough (Dean); his wife Jill Slough; his grandson Christopher Elswick; his brother Willard Slough; and his brothers-in-law, Arthur Laurin and Harold Allen.
He is survived by: his pets, Jillian and Rosie; his daughter Rebecca Elswick (Joe Paivarinta); his grandson Matthew Elswick; and his siblings, John (Sharon Slough), Donna Laurin, Debra Allen, Janet Buterakos, Janice Slough and Dianna Slough.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (11110 Saginaw St, Mt Morris, MI 48458). A burial was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
