He was predeceased by: his wife Beatriz F. Kelly; his parents, William Kelly and Dorothy B. Kelly (Suggs); and his brother Terry Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Suzen Marie Gaefe, William Troy Kelly, Catherine Ann Kelly and Barbara Jean Pyrett; and his brother Richard J. Kelly. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toys for Tots Otsego County Campaign.
