She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hansen and Olive Hansen (Shaff); her husband Blase Gapinski; her children, Thomas Gapinski and Mary Brewer; her brothers, William and Ford Hansen; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gapinski (Mary) of Gaylord, Bernard Gapinski (Denise) of Gaylord and Helen Cook (Richard) of Gaylord; her grandchildren, Sandy Somers (Mike), Douglas Gapinski (Jessica), Chad Gapinski (Nora Robinson), Nathan Gapinski (Ryan Bunting), Coleen Franckowiak (Scott), Patrick Cook, Douglas Brewer (Amiee), Dean Gapinski (Sara), Sara Middlebrook (Scot), Terry Gapinski (Angela) and Molly Snyder (John); and her siblings, Norma Gapinski of Gaylord, Ilah Coviak of Gaylord and Donald Hansen (Marion) of Swartz Creek, MI.. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
