He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Blanchett and Theresa Blanchett (DuCharme); and his siblings, Sharon Garrett, Carol Blanchett and Ron Blanchett.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Blanchett (Jacqueline) of Mancelona, MI and Timothy Blanchett, Jr. (Amberly Miller) of Jefferson City, TN; his siblings, Richard Blanchett (Bonnie) of Grand Island, FL, Barb Miller of Newport and Jim Blanchett (Amy) of Erie, MI; and his grandchildren, Joseph Blanchett (Delaney Bouska), Alexandria Blanchett, Kara Blanchett, Jayla Blanchett and Izabella Miller.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home, Inc. (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). The lying in state was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lasalle Missionary Baptist Church (12845 C St, La Salle, MI 48145). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LaSalle Missionary Baptist Church (12845 C St, La Salle, MI 48145).
