He is survived by: his wife Eveann (Fults); his children, Jillina Kassuba (Vern), Christina Ohm (Steve) and Jamie Chafer (Amy); his grandchildren, Brooke Newberry (Cory), Amber Launstein (Matthew), Anthony Newberry (Justine), Anna Green (Matthew), Abigail Kassuba, Amy Carlisle (Brandon), Danielle Campos (Fernando), Katelyn and Theodore J. Chafer; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Cambri, Claryana, Amelia, Waylon, Penelope, Ramira, Porter, Finnley, Ariya, Fernando, Emberlee, Roelyn, McKinley and Rose; and his siblings, Joseph, Richard, Keith, Ralph Jr.'Bud', Betty, David and Doris.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelsons Funeral Home (135 N Center Ave, Gaylord, MI 49735). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Corwith Township Hall (8170 Mill St, Vanderbilt, MI 49795).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
