He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Switalski and Sabina Switalski (Jaruzel); his wife Anna Switalski; his daughter Marlene Switalski; and his great grandchild Berkley Payton.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Barb Switalski), Monnie (Ken Payton), Charlie (Kellie Switalski), Louise Caudell, Angie (Rick Brown), Mary (John Roberts), Patty (Randy Urban), Joe, Melissa Switalski, Tony (Ann Switalski) and Brian (Kim Switalski); his grandchildren, Danny, Clark, Patrick, Cameron, Kenny, Steven, Shannon, Scott, Matt, Lori, Brad, Jack, Amy, Luke, Kyle, Rose, John, Carolyn, Stanley, Andrew, Bob, Miranda, Ashley, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Sam, Nathan, Alexis, Anna, Eli, Omanii, Isaiah and Obadiah; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Natalie, Colin, Benjamin, Kenedi, Kelsie, Nolan, Andrew, Marshall, Claire, Dawson, Baylor, Hudson, Caden, Brady, Blakely, Griffin and Maeva; his sisters, Julia Prusakiewicz and Lucille Dombkowski; and his uncle Styke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to St. Mary Cathedral Schools, 606 N. Ohio Street, Gaylord, MI 49735.
