She is survived by: her friends, Van Dunson and Ann Dunson; her spouse Lee Folsom; her sons, Brandon Folsom of Gaylord and Adam Folsom of East Jordan; her mother Myra Hoffman of Ellsworth; her brothers, Tim Hoffman (Marcia) of Ellsworth, Rich Hoffman (Deb) of East Jordan and John Hoffman (Beth Scott) of East Jordan; and her grandsons, Mason Folsom of East Jordan, Noah Folsom of East Jordan and Waylon Folsom of East Jordan.
