He is survived by: his children, Jamie Dowker of Gaylord, Kevin Dowker of Arlington, VA., Chad Dowker of Annandale, VA and Heather Dowker of Vanderbilt; and his brothers, David Dowker of Charlotte, NC. and Clark Dowker of Johannesburg.
