Robert McNamara Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert McNamara (Gaylord, Michigan), born in Manistique, Michigan, who passed away on January 9, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Patrick McNamara. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, Arlene and Joyce; his children, Dr. Michael McNamara, Bobby McNamara Jr. (Theresa) and Julie Hintz (McNamara); his father-in-law John Yuill; his wife Dianne (Yuill) of Gaylord, MI; his grandchildren, Calvin (Stephanie), Mitch Hintz, Kelly (Kyle Smith) and Lauren (Dan Goertz); and his great grandchild Hazel Mac Smith. He is also survived by many true friends and relatives.
For those who are great distances away, or have COVID concerns, the family will be throwing a festive Irish Wake for Big Mac, in Manistique, Michigan, this summer (details to follow).
