He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Fineout and Edna Fineout; his brother Del Fineout; and his son Todd Ferris. He is survived by: his wife Barb Fineout; his children, Kelly Stoner (Gary), Terri Major (Jimmy) and Levi Glossinger (Gloria); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Austin, Jacy, Alex, Dela, Tim and Capra Moon; and his siblings, Anetta Wilson (Tim), Deb Smith (Ralph), Gwen Harbaugh (Tim) and Brad Fineout (Lisa). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
