He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray J. Duby and Marie E. Duby (McCormick); his siblings, Larry Duby, Shirlee Lambert, Lois Rose (Chop) and Carole Sprague; and his sons-in-law, Marty Kengel and Michael Trosper.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Duby (Steele); his children, Benjamin Duby (Marty Miller) and Tamara Kengel (Lovells); his stepchildren, Andy Van Guilder (Traverse City), Sara Trosper (Lovells), Rachel Robbins (Saginaw) and Margaret Rossler (Michael); his sisters, Dorthy (Duby), Sova (Midland), Julia (Duby) and Diemert (Lovells); his former spouse Miss Annie Duby (Lovells); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Kengel, Lillian Kengel, Johnathan Kengel, Zachariah Kelly (Jaylin), Bradly Trosper (Kayla), Kyle Trosper, Casper Robbins, Hazel Rossler and Harlan Rossler; and his great grandchild Abbigail Trosper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
