She is survived by: her husband Dale Boorsma; her children, Jeremiah (Trish), Rebecca (Brandon) and Stephanie (Kevin); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Jameson, Theodore, Kensington, Johannes and Hayden; and her siblings, Harvey, Ward, Dolly and Bill.
