He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephan Cafuk and Pauline Cafuk (Ulcar); his wife Mary Jane; and his brothers, Steve and Paul Cafek.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Cafuk (Carol) of Gaylord, Paul Cafuk of Gaylord, Tony Cafuk (Julie) of Daytona Beach, FL and Michael Feranti (Suzanne) of Lake Orion, MI. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
