He is survived by: his children, Matthew Meadows (Kelly), Richard Giem (Eric), Mandy Meadows (Doug Statham) and Lee Meadows (Brittany Schmidt); his grandchildren, Sam, Tristen, Macey, Bryan, Parker, Bronson and Easton; and his siblings, Silas (Marsha), Sally and Wade.
