She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasmir Butka and Rose Butka; her siblings, Dorothy Butka, Beatrice Butka (Robert), Robert Butka (Lois), Richard Butka and Anthony Butka; and her great-nephew Matthew.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lucy Draper, Florence Borowiak, Joan Wojtkowiak (Clarence), MaryAnn Galihugh (Hank), Betty Edmonds (George) and John Butka (Rose); her sister-in-law Rita Butka; and her nieces and nephews, James Borowiak (Lori), Mitchell Borowiak (Karen), Lisa Flinn (Sean), Karen Sova, Kevin Wojtkowiak (Karen), Joel Galihugh (Eileen), Julie Galihugh, Michael Butka, Steven Butka (Renee), Gary VanGilder (Mary), Sharon VanGilder, Lynne Williams (Rich), David Butka, Dennis Butka (Michelle) and Marvin Butka. She is also survived by several other great nieces, nephews and additional family members.
