We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2021, at the age of 84, Lorraine O'Connor of Gaylord, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Kawiak and Mary Kawiak (Homenyk); her children, Michael (Molly) and Karen Sanger (Greg); her grandchildren, Christian (Gina), Brennan, Michael, Devin and Desmond; her son Lieutenant Christopher M. O'Connor "Chris"; her husband James E. O'Connor "Jim"; and her brother Randall W. Kawiak "Randy".
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Otsego County Commission on Aging and Hospice of Michigan, through the Nelson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1548 Gaylord, MI 49734.
