She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Richard Turner and Viola Kathryn Baum (Keefe); and her siblings, Robert, Larry Turner, Ronald Baum and Glenna Kronick.
She is survived by: her children, Harold E. Breckow II, Johannesburg, Lawrence Breckow (Jennifer) of New Jersey and Lyne Lutz (Tom); her daughter-in-law Joy Breckow of Gaylord; her grandchildren, Nicolas, Justin Breckow, Richard Breckow, Brandon Ramsaran, Alyssa, Kevin Breckow, Jonathan Lutz (Corrine), Benjamin Lutz, Alexander Lutz (Camille), Emily Musser (Nate), Christen, Dominic and Zita Lutz; and her significant other Shadow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her beloved dog.
