She is survived by: her parents, Gary Churches and Donna Churches (Robinson); her sons, Jayce Lee, Liam Mitchell, Rylie James and Mason Levi Churches; her boyfriend Josh Kilbourne; her siblings, Stacey Cottrell (Brad), Maryann Wolters, Gary Churches Jr. (Allison) and Timothy Churches (Elizabeth); and her grandfather J. T. Robinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
