She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim Daust; her parents, Francis Kotila and Charlotte Kotila (MacPhail); her children, Mary McDaniel (Mark), Tim (Theresa), Michael (Lisa) and Kathleen Faron (Jason); her grandchildren, Kelly (Tomas), Jennifer (Todd), Michael, Victoria, Matthew, Max, Nathan, Olivia, Adam and Caylen; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn and Logan. She was also cherished by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in honor of Karen Daust be made to the Otsego County Commission on Aging, 120 Grandview Blvd., Gaylord, MI 49735.
