It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Kidd of Gaylord, Michigan, born in Otisville, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Smith and Lemuel Smith; her husband Don Kidd; her children, Donavon and Rebecca; her grandson Zach Kidd; and her siblings, Ron Smith, Lois Dunman and Joy Grainger.
She is survived by: her former spouse Donavon Kidd; her children, Janice Heidel (Bill), Deborah Dunham (Butch), Mary Woodhouse (Bob), David Kidd (Rhonda) and Thomas Kidd (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Dale Heidel (Tammy), Tamera Jones (Jack), Denise Gilling (Todd Menard), Aaron Dunham (Cassidy), Cristopher O'Rourke (Melissa), Anthony O'Rourke, Jessica O'Rourke, Adam Goff (Erin), Kathrine Woodhouse, Ernest Woodhouse, Brittany Kidd, Ashton Kidd and Grayson Kidd; her siblings, Wayne Smith, Lorraine Clark and Darlene Sears; and her siblings-in-law, Gloria Kasper (Stanley) and George Kidd. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
