He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Madsen and Betty Madsen; and his sisters, Sherrie Cole and Shirley Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Craig (Connie), Maryjane, Jared, Kate and Lance (Jade); and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Moore, Robert Madsen, Susan Nave, Howard Madsen and Sharon Gabriel.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Free Church (1649 M-32, Gaylord, MI 49735). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
