He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Faircloth and Howard Weaver, Sr.; his stepfather Vercy Faircloth; his siblings, Douglas Weaver, Harold Weaver and Diane Kuhn; his brother-in-law Philip Hallam; his niece Patti Hallam; and his nephew Zachary Kuhn.

He is survived by: his wife Vivian Weaver of Gaylord, MI.; his daughters, Lori Weaver Potter of Vale, NC and Angela Weaver (Carroll Griffin) of Atlanta, MI.; his grandchildren, Morgan Potter, Brett Potter of Vale, NC, Ryan Weaver, Megan Griffin and Cody Griffin of Atlanta, MI.; and his siblings, Sharon Hallam (Phil), Bonnie Edwards (Don), Debbie Faircloth, Lisa Branton and Vercy Scott of Atlanta, MI.
