It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine M. Sylvester of Gaylord, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl VanSyckle and Myrtle VanSyckle (Bird); her husband Alfred; her siblings, Deloris, Patricia and Richard; her half-brother Butch; and her stepchildren, Eugene and Sharon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deloris Sylvester (Michael Corpe) of Lansing, Judy Davis, Pamela Herzer (James) of Gaylord, Sandy Moallemian (Patrick) of Boston, MA, Lori Gonzalez of Gaylord and Lisa Cancilla (Kurt) of Gaylord; her grandchildren, Tracey, Christina, Melissa, Erika, Jaimee, Derek, Patrick, Zachary, Autumn, Emily, Elise and Alexander; her brother Ronald; and her half-brother John. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and one on the way, several great-great grandchildren.
