With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Ann Bartz of Gaylord, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2025 at the age of 71. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gail Ann leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Gail Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father Norman Bartz; and her son-in-law Rick Jackson. She is survived by: her mother Jean Bartz (Schultz); her children, Tara Jackson, Toree Schiellerd and Jamee Schiellerd; her grandchildren, Kurtice Erving, Kodi Erving, Kelcei Erving and Eli Stuewer; and her brother Curtis Bartz (Teresa). She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (5462 Nicholson Hill Rd, Hubbard Lake, MI 49747). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
