She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Esther; her parents, Joseph Theisen and Estelle Theisen; her children, Mark and Dena; her spouse Thomas Nelson; her daughter-in-law Darla; and her grandsons, Nichols and Matthew. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
She also counted the offertory money each Monday morning until the Covid lockdown.
