She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Prusakiewicz and Agnes Prusakiewicz (Krys); her husband Floyd; her daughter Sharon; and her siblings, Clara Prusakiewicz, Anna Sitkiewicz, Rose Gapinski and Joe Prusakiewicz.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Philip Gapinski; her granddaughters, Stacey Kujawa (John) and Kelly Sobocinski (Kirk); her great grandchildren, Dr. Marisa Kujawa (Muhahammad Abbas), Jacob Kujawa, Ben Sobocinski and Nathan Sobocinski; and her brother Chester Prusakiewicz.
