He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Slivinski and Isabelle Slivinski (Jurek); and his siblings, Barbara, Theresa, Diana and Frank.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his wife Laura Blasko; his children, Shelly Bozzer (Dan) and Linda Weiss (Steven Sulkey); his grandchildren, Logan, Brooke, Carter Bozzer, Kate, Cooper, Kenzie Weiss, Drake, Bazil Slivinski, Madison and Blake Sulkey; and his siblings, Veronica Dainoviec of Petoskey, John Slivinski (Margie) of Gaylord and Leonard Slivinski (Joyce) of Gaylord.
