She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bauman and Augusta Bauman (Dvoracek); and her husband Michael Steffel. She is survived by: her children, Kristina Vollmer (Alexander) of Gaylord, Charles Steffel (Susan) of Gaylord and Matthew McDermott (Elizabeth) of Kalkaska; her grandchildren, Ian, Reese, Dylan Vollmer, Madeline, Lillian, Sabrina Steffel and Joseph McDermott; and her brothers, Chuck Bauman (Sally) of Boyne City, Thomas Bauman of Boyne City and Randy Bauman of Boyne City.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service (850 N Center Ave, Gaylord, MI 49734). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
