He is survived by: his mother Eva Machado (Paris); his wife Sherry; his sons, Adam Machado and Daniel Machado; his stepson Kekoaikaika Cambra (Cam); his grandson Sebastian Cambra; and his brothers, Henry Machado (Cindy), Clayton Machado (Ailsa) and Matthew Machado (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
