He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald G. Derenzy and Margaret J. Derenzy (Lord); his brothers, Tom and Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Winona, Garey Gee (Buzz), Bonnie, Marvin Lapeer, Jim Wells and Richard Nizza.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughters, Jennifer McBride (Jeff Burke) and Alissa Derenzy; his grandchildren, Erin McBride of Gaylord, Madeline Burke of Gaylord and Darcy Derenzy-Locker of Gaylord; his siblings, Chris Derenzy and Nancy Eby (Gail); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Derenzy (Arlie Frye) of East Jordan, Carole Derenzy of East Jordan and Glendara Kay Wells of Celebration, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
