She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph O'Rourke and Mabel O'Rourke (Salsbury); her husbands, James Summers and Vernie "Gene" Butler; her brothers, Virgil O'Rourke of Ashland, TN and Alfred O'Rourke of Gaylord; her close friend Arthur Ciszewski of Elmira; and also Jeffrey Ciszewski of Gaylord.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Summers (Daniel Rogers) of Gaylord and James Summers Jr. of Marion, IL.; her grandchildren, Amy Hood of Columbia, TN and Michael Summers of Elkhart, IN.; her siblings, J. Edward O'Rourke (Mae) of Vanderbilt and Lorena Balconi (David) of Gladwin; and her sister-in-law Juanita O'Rourke of Gaylord. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
