With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Thennes of Garden, Michigan, born in Cooks, Michigan, who passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bouchard and Dorothy Bouchard (Savage); her sons, Ronald Thennes and Donald Thennes; and her sister Ida Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Thennes (Charlene) of Manistique, MI, Valerie Morrison (Greg) of Garden, MI, Nicholas Thennes (Patty) of Garden, MI and Jeff Thennes (Rebecca) of Garden, MI; her daughter-in-law Shirley Thennes of Cooks, MI; and her siblings, Jeff Bouchard (Kathy) of Cooks, MI, Jaimie Bouchard (Nora) of Cheyenne, WY, Kerry Johnson (Shawn) of Cooks, MI, Dottie Turner of Escanaba, MI, Sandy Hebert of St. Jacques, MI, Kay Thompson of Newberry, MI, Patty Wood of Munising, MI and Karen Hogin of Saginaw, MI. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
