She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Blach; her daughter Michelle Updike; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her child Shaun (Samantha); her grandchildren, Darren, Tiffany, Tony, Ryan, Jordan, Danyel, Craven, Avery, Brynley and Macklin; her great grandchild Emma; and her siblings, Susan (Stan) and Kenny (Nancy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of the Divine Child (1055 Silvery Ln, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
