He was predeceased by: his son Zachary; his brother Daniel; and his father Ralph. He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Abdelrahman Afify), Vernon Scott II, Jack, Marissa and Mariah; his grandchild Arwyn; his siblings, Shelly (Dave) and Jenifer (Mark); and his mother Kathleen.
