He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bollman and Harriett Bollman; his brother Donald; and his niece Kimberly. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynda Sweet (Al) and Joseph (Amylynn); his sister-in-law Patricia; and his niece Julie Miller (Robert).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
